Director of Strategic Partnerships

Arreva is seeking a high-energy, quota-driven Partnership Manager to build, manage, and grow our strategic partner program. This is a revenue-generating role responsible for developing relationships with nonprofit consultants, technology partners, associations, referral partners, and industry influencers who can introduce Arreva's solutions to nonprofit organizations across North America.
The Partnership Manager will own the complete partner lifecycle from identifying and recruiting new partners through onboarding, enablement, joint selling, and long-term relationship management. Success in this role will be measured by new partner acquisition, referral pipeline, partner-generated revenue, and overall partner engagement.
This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, to expand Arreva's market presence and accelerate revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partner Development
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard new strategic partners.
- Build relationships with nonprofit consultants, technology providers, associations, accounting firms, fundraising consultants, and other organizations serving the nonprofit sector.
- Develop annual business plans with strategic partners.
- Establish measurable revenue goals with each partner.
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for all Arreva partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
- Build executive-level relationships based on trust and mutual success.
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding product updates, marketing initiatives, and referral opportunities.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies.
Revenue & Pipeline Management
- This is a quota-driven position with responsibility for partner-generated revenue.
- Responsibilities include:
- Meet quarterly and annual partner revenue goals.
- Generate qualified referrals for:
- ExceedFurther
- ExceedAuction
- Healthcare Hospitality
- Life Event Staffing
- Build and maintain a healthy referral pipeline.
- Work jointly with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Participate in sales strategy, presentations, and proposal development.
- Track all partner activity within HubSpot and Salesforce.
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Become an expert on Arreva's solutions and sales methodology.
- Responsibilities include:
- Learn Arreva's consultative sales process.
- Understand nonprofit fundraising operations and technology.
- Deliver software demonstrations to partners and consultants.
- Explain Arreva's competitive advantages.
- Train partners on identifying qualified opportunities.
- Support partner-led sales presentations when appropriate.
Partner Enablement & Marketing
- Develop partner onboarding plans.
- Conduct product training sessions.
- Coordinate webinars, conferences, and partner events.
- Create co-marketing opportunities.
- Develop partner toolkits, presentations, competitive positioning guides, and referral resources.
- Work closely with Marketing to expand partner awareness and engagement.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate reporting including:
- Active partners
- New partners onboarded
- Referral opportunities
- Qualified pipeline
- Closed revenue
- Partner engagement
- Quarterly Business Reviews
- Forecast accuracy
Provide regular reports to executive leadership regarding partner performance and revenue contribution.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SaaS software sales, channel sales, partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven track record of generating measurable revenue through strategic partnerships.
- Experience presenting software solutions to executive-level audiences.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Experience managing pipeline within HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
- Ability to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
