Client Success

  • Arreva has a Client Success Team to ensure that all of our Clients are “Happy, Healthy, and Successful”. This is a free service that is included in your contract.  Your Client Success Manager is your advocate within the Arreva Team and will be dedicated to ensuring that your objectives are met and that any feedback you have is heard and acted upon.


    Your Client Success Manager will reach out regularly to schedule check-in calls.  The goal of these calls is to gauge your progress in learning and using the software, as well as an opportunity for you to provide us with feedback that can be used to improve the software and Arreva as a whole. As a point of contact, you can always turn to your Client Success Manager for additional support by emailing clientsuccess@arreva.com.

    After the call, the Client Success department will follow up with your nonprofit to make sure you are getting the most out of our partnership.




  • Does Arreva offer additional platforms to help with online fundraising/donor relationship management?

    Yes! ExceedFurther currently provides three package levels plus a hospitality option:

    ▪️ Fundamentals: All-in-One Fundraising and Donor Relationship Management for Organizations from 3,000 to 75,000+ records

    ▪️ Hospitality: All-in-One Solution for Hospitality Organizations from 3,000 to 75,000+ records

  • Are there opportunities for additional training?

    Arreva offers a variety of training options for ExceedFurther,  Exceed Beyond, Exceed! Premier, Exceed Basic and MatchMaker —from classroom training to flexible, web-based and onsite training. Our goal is to ensure that you and your staff have a thorough understanding of the functionality and features that make ExceedFurther, Exceed Beyond and Online Fundraising leaders in fundraising software.
  • How do I go about scheduling a training session?

    To schedule additional training, simply reach out to your Client Success Manager and let them know what you are interested in training.  Alternatively, you can check out our regular, open training webinars known as Arreva Academy.  You may also send an email to support@arreva.com requesting training.
