Our team understands that change isn't always easy and we are driven by the little differences we make each and every day. Arreva's management team is comprised of savvy entrepreneurs, knowledgeable internet marketers, and technology experts who are passionate about providing incredible solutions and services to non-profits and for-profit enterprises. Susan Packard Orr

Meet Susan Packard Orr

Susan founded Telosa (formerly named TRAC, Inc.) in 1986. Prior to starting Telosa, Susan worked as a programmer at Health Computer Services at the University of Minnesota and as an economist at the National Institutes of Health. Susan is currently Chairman of the Board at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and is a trustee of the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health and the Packard Humanities Institute. In the past she has served on a number of other boards, including Stanford University and Hewlett-Packard Company. Susan holds an M.S. in computer science from New Mexico School of Mining and Technology, and both an M.B.A. degree and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

David Blyer

Meet David Blyer

David founded DonorCommunity after a long and successful career as a technology executive and entrepreneur. In 1994, he co-founded Vento Software, a provider of packaged vertical business intelligence applications. Blyer served as CEO and president until November 1999, when Vento was acquired by Chicago-based SPSS. After the acquisition, he served as President of the company's Enabling Technologies Division. Prior to Vento, Blyer held executive management and sales positions with Graphical Information, NCR and several other leading technology firms. He is active in community affairs, serving as a member of the Young Entrepreneur's Council at Nova Southeastern University since Sept. 2006 and on the university's Blue Ribbon Scholarship Committee. Since November 1998, he has been a Director of DryClean USA.

Sylvia Gastelbondo

Meet Sylvia Gastelbondo

Throughout her 25-year career as an IT professional, Sylvia has specialized in the development and delivery of cost-sensitive solutions for mission-critical environments. She has held executive management positions with firms in a number of industry sectors, including insurance, financial services and information technology. Sylvia also plays an active role in community life as a donor, volunteer and advocate.

Gregg Davis

Meet Gregg Davis

Gregg is a respected chief executive with more than 25 years of global management experience spanning China, Japan, India, the U.K. and the U.S. He has a reputation for building unique, best-in-class enterprise security and technology solutions. A veteran decision-maker and communicator, Davis is particularly adept at collaborating in partnerships to produce mutually-valued, progressive solutions. In addition, Davis has concentrated throughout his career on making a positive difference in the lives of others by volunteering and chairing a host of committees supporting nonprofits as well as select professional organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford for five years.

Chris Fink

Meet Chris Fink

Chris has spent more than 15 years working with over 100 nonprofit organizations, large and small. Experienced with both technology and fundraising, Chris oversees Arreva's Product Development, Services and Marketing divisions. Prior to joining Arreva, Chris managed IT operations and was a Senior Software Trainer in the retail industry. Chris holds a B.A. degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

David Jost

Meet David Jost

David is a passionate, strategic, marketing, and digital technology executive leader who joined Arreva as Chief Marketing Officer in 2018. Here at the intersection of technology and social good, David blends 20+ years of marketing, advertising, enterprise software (SaaS), management, cause marketing, and digital transformation success across entrepreneurial and corporate environment including Papirfly Brand Automation Software, TMP Worldwide, CBS Television, McClatchy, Tribune Company, technology and media startups with a passion for helping nonprofits do good, better. David holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing with a focus on Digital Strategy from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is a featured speaker on innovation, digital transformation, marketing, and technology for the Business Journals, South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, Florida Diversity Council, and at leading industry conferences. David has a long-standing passion for the arts, education, and personal and professional learning and development and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for North Broward Preparatory School (Nord Anglia Education), where he also serves as President of the school’s nonprofit Fine Arts Boosters organization.

Ann Troussieux

Meet Ann Troussieux

Ann joined Arreva (formely Telosa) in 1991. Currently Arreva's Vice President of National Sales, Ann manages Arreva's major account relationships. She has held a variety of leadership roles with the Arreva, including sales, marketing, customer support and channel sales. Prior to joining Arreva, Ann served as Executive Director for the Bay Area Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Ann holds an M.B.A. from Notre Dame de Namur University and a B.A. degree in Advertising from San Jose State University.

Frank Horkey

Meet Frank Horkey

CPA Managing Partner of Horkey and Associates Frank began his career at Touche Ross, (now Deloitte Touche) a "Big 4" international public accounting firm before founding his own firm. Horkey has taught courses on accounting, auditing, and taxation issues, and has published articles on a diverse array of tax, accounting, and auditing topics. He is a member of the Broward Workforce Development Board and Chair of its Audit Committee and also co-founder of the "One for the Kids" Program (a mentoring program that matches business people with students). Throughout his professional career, Horkey has been active in community education initiatives, including ten years as a member of the School Board of Broward County Audit Committee and three years as Chair of the Sunrise Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. He also served on the Broward Education Planning Initiative, which was the first countywide effort to address school overcrowding..

Walter Puls

Meet Walter Puls

Walter Puls serves as Vice President of Sales for Arreva. In this role he helps non-profit organizations leverage our technology to reach and connect with constituents so they can fulfill their missions and do more good! He is responsible for driving global sales with a focus on growing and scaling the company’s presence in the United States. He brings 15 years of sales experience at mission driven organizations helping them become more effective and efficient. Prior to joining Arreva he was Director of Sales for the EdTech firm Nearpod where his team delivered exceptional year on year growth in the use of their K12 student engagement software. Before that, he founded and operated 3DChimera, an engineering services firm specializing in 3D printing and 3D scanning. 3DChimera is a leading participant in the e-NABLE project. The e-NABLE Community is an amazing group of individuals from all over the world who are using their 3D printers to create free 3D printed hands and arms for those in need of an upper limb assistive device. Walter is a frequent build volunteer at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Operations Management and has a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.

Ryan Erfer

Meet Ryan Erfer

Ryan is a social entrepreneur who is passionate about empowering nonprofits through technology and collaboration. Before joining DonorCommunity, Ryan founded Colabination, a technology company, where he focused on operations, business development, marketing, sales, website optimization and analytics. Previously, Ryan worked at UBS Investment Bank in their Consumer Products & Retail division where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and initial public offerings. He also worked at SeventySix Capital, a boutique venture capital fund focused on early stage consumer-facing tech companies. Ryan graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a degree in Finance and Strategic Management. He is an active member in the nonprofit community through his volunteer work and community engagement.
