About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Finance Intern to support Arreva’s Finance and Accounting team. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business who is eager to gain hands-on experience in SaaS operations, nonprofit industry support, financial analysis, and reporting.
 

You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager and cross-functional teams across the organization to support day-to-day financial functions, assist in month-end processes, and help strengthen data accuracy and reporting.
 

Responsibilities
 

• As a Finance Intern, you will assist with:
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable support
• Reviewing and organizing financial documents and transactions
• Assisting with financial reporting, dashboards, and spreadsheets
• Performing data entry and helping reconcile CRM, billing, and accounting system records
• Supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Helping evaluate revenue trends, expenses, and forecasting inputs
• Reviewing customer subscription data and assisting with audit preparation
• Updating internal documentation and financial SOPs
• Researching finance-related projects (SaaS metrics, industry benchmarks, etc.)
• Supporting ad hoc projects across Finance and Operations as needed
   

What We’re Looking For
 

Required:
 

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Self-motivated team player with a desire to learn
• Interest in SaaS, nonprofit fundraising, or mission-driven organizations
   

Preferred:
 

• Familiarity with accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online or similar)
• Experience with CRM or data management tools
• Basic understanding of financial statements and concepts
