MEET ANGELO MALAHIAS

Financial Expert and former President of Andrx Corporation Angelo has extensive executive management experience in the Finance and Pharmaceutical industries, including 11 years with KPMG and CFO positions at Circa Pharmaceuticals and Andrx Corporation (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.), where he also served as President. Among other credentials, Malahias earned his CPA in 1985 and qualified as an Audit Committee Financial Expert as defined by Sarbanes-Oxley Section 407. He is currently a Principal of DACKS, Inc., where he consults with CEOs and CFOs of private and public companies. He is also a Board member at Eurand N.V.
