Heritage Designs L.L.C. was formed in 1998 to design, develop and market fundraising/donor management software for nonprofit organizations. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, the Heritage Designs team will join Arreva and be based in the Phoenix, AZ office. The terms of the acquisition were not announced.
